We recommend suitable materials, branding methods, colors, packaging, order quantities, and shipping options. Your quotation confirms the scope, lead-time estimate, and payment terms for that project.
Approval
Review the design and sample route
Every product includes a free digital design mockup. Samples can be reviewed by photo and video. A physical sample can also be arranged, with the sample fee and shipping paid by the customer.
Production
Production and quality checks
After the order details are approved and payment is confirmed, Courtkind coordinates production with the appropriate specialist partner. The finished order is inspected against the approved specifications before shipment.
Delivery
Shipping to your destination
We arrange the shipping method confirmed in your quotation and share delivery information. DDP service is available for most countries, subject to destination and order details.

Before you place an order
What is the minimum order quantity?
The current minimums are 300 overgrips, 200 dampeners, 200 wristbands, and 50 court towels. Minimums for additional products are confirmed in the quotation.
Can I review a design or sample first?
Yes. A free digital design mockup is available for every product, and samples can be reviewed by photo and video. A physical sample can also be sent, with the sample fee and shipping paid by the customer.
Can you match our club colors?
Yes, many products support custom colors or color matching. Exact possibilities depend on the material and process, and final colors can vary slightly between screens, samples, and production materials.
Which artwork files should we send?
Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG, or editable PDF are preferred. A high-resolution transparent PNG can also help. If your artwork is not production-ready, send what you have and we will advise on the next step.
How long does production and delivery take?
For overgrips, dampeners, wristbands, and court towels, typical production plus door-to-door delivery is 3–4 weeks. Final timing depends on the approved scope, destination, and order details and is confirmed in the written quotation.
Can you ship directly to our club?
Yes. We can arrange shipping to your club or another agreed destination. DDP service is available for most countries, subject to destination and order details, and is quoted separately.
What are the payment terms?
Business payments are handled through XTransfer. Available payment methods, payment timing, and instructions are confirmed in the quotation before production.
How is quality checked, and what happens if there is a problem?
Orders are inspected against the approved specifications before shipment. If a documented manufacturing quality issue is confirmed, Courtkind will work with the customer on replacement or remake.
Will our artwork and project information be kept confidential?
Yes. Customer logos, artwork, pricing, and project details are handled confidentially and are not published without permission.
